While you were obviously key to Barça’s resurrection as a club after the Van Gaal and Gaspart ‘dark years’, it can’t be denied that your brother/agent thought of Barcelona as a never-ending-money-pot, asking for a new contract and, therefore, a pay rise, every 5 months.
After threatening to swap Barça for Milan for years, it finally happened and you joined the Rossoneri in Italy. The result? Well, it can only be described as a failure.
To me, hearing you regret not playing with Messi for longer only comes to prove what I knew all along: Leaving was a mistake, your career should have been more important than your wallet.
