With Joan Laporta coming in, La Masia has seen an incredible amount of turnover in the last few weeks. Jose Alexanco is now running the academy, Sergi Barjuan has taken Francisco Garcia Pimienta’s job in charge of Barcelona B, and the B team has been bolstered by the arrivals of Kays Ruiz and Yusuf Demir. Plus Gavi and a few others are doing preseason with the first team. Down the levels, there has been some exits, but strong seasons from others could mitigate the losses.
