There isn’t much to read into preseason friendlies, but the Barcelona debuts of Pablo Torre and Franck Kessie did show that they fit in just fine with Xavi’s squad. Some Barça Atlètic players also got the chance to audition in front of the first team manager, while the regular first team players got back into shape.
