Bojan Krkic held his last press conference as a Barca player ahead of his tranfer to Luis Enrique’s AS Roma for 12MILLeu.
Bojan: ‘I am determined to show what I can do on the pitch. Since I was a child, I always wanted to succeed at FC Barcelona. I am happy another team has now given me the chance to prove my worth. My target is to enjoy playing football again’
Bojan: ‘As you all know, I haven’t had the coach’s confidence to play much over the last few years. It hurts, but I take the positives: My Camp Nou debut, my first goal, living with the best players in the world on a daily basis…’
Bojan: ‘I have always been a Cule, and will always be. Visca el Barça y visca la Roma!’
– It now seems obvious that, acording to Bojan, Guardiola’s lack of confidence was the key to his departure. I disagree: Pep tried to play him in the team DESPITE his lack of confidence in HIMSELF.
